#1 Website: This is the quickest way but it takes longer to process the order. It will take at least 3 days to process your payment (depending on your bank), 5-7 days for shipping.
#2 Invoice: We will send an invoice directly to your email. This allows us process your payments faster and send out your merchandise quicker (especially the special order items). The email will come from Paypal via Creative eXessories because the payment processing is quicker. It takes usually 1-2 days to process (depending on your bank), 5-7 for shipping.
#3 Phone: We take care of your order over the phone and get it processed. It usually takes 1-3 business day to process your payment (depending on your bank), then 5-7 business days for shipping.
ALL Orders placed anytime after 3pm Monday - Friday will be processed on the next business day. Order placed after Friday will not be processed until Monday!
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until Monday.
Special Orders are items that have to be ordered upon request. They are ordered directly from the manufacturer. This can take 5 business days for your order to process. We have to inspect every special order item to ensure that it is the correct size, suit, and nothing is damaged BEFORE we ship it out to you. We carefully inspect our orders for our customers satisfaction.

Shoes: Most of our shoes are made by overseas manufacturers. You need to order in a timely matter. Proms, Weddings, any major event order at least 1 month in advance to ensure your shoes get to you in time! It can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 23 days for shoes to be received!
Suits: It usually takes 3-10 business days after your payment processes for your suit to ship and be received. At the most depending on where you live it will take a maximum 2 weeks. Special Order suits take much longer. They have to be inspected and shipped from the manufacturer so it may take the full 2 weeks before you receive your order.
Accessories: Shirts, Ties, Pocket Squares, etc are all accessories that will take 3-7 business days to ship and receive.
Cologne & Grooming: We ship directly from the warehouse this could take up to 3-7 business days to ship and receive.
All order shipping times depend on where you live. Understand that we are at the mercy of the shipping company UPS USPS DHL. We do the best we can to ensure that your order ships as quickly as possible!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will only absorb the cost of shipping if the return was because of an error we made. Otherwise the shipping costs are your responsibility.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our policy lasts two weeks. If two weeks have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Special Order Items Non-Stock Items, and Group Orders ARE NOT refundable. But they are eligible for exchange this is at the discretion of the manufacturer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag attached. We can exchange an unopened dress shirt but anything that has been opened or worn cannot be sent back for sanitary reasons.
Everything else on our site is eligible for a refund. As long as it is in good condition hasn't been worn or used and can be resold!

Non-stock orders are items that are not stocked in our facility. Most of our items are non-stock. That allows for lower prices and better sales. Non-stock items cannot be returned. This is often ordered directly from the manufacturer and shipped out within the week it is received. If there is an issue because of a manufacturers error we can exchange it. Unless there is a defect in the item we cannot honor a refund for a non-stock item.
Special and Group Orders:
Special Orders are items that have to be ordered upon request. These items are often limited and difficult to come by. They CANNOT be returned, but they may be exchanged if possible (if the item in question is a special order item and it's no longer in stock the sale is final).
Group Orders consist of one large order of 3 or more suits in multiple sizes. Orders this large are not refundable but may be exchanged if possible (if the item in question is a group order and it's no longer in stock the sale is final)..
Shirts can be exchanged if they are unopened and in its original packaging. When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any cologne or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, ironed or damaged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This may include an invoice, email confirmation, order number, product ID, name, address, etc.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND. PLEASE RETURN THE ITEM WITHIN THE 30 DAY WINDOW OTHERWISE THE SALE IS FINAL.

We order these items directly from the factory. They are marked *Non-Stock*. These items may include: suits, shoes, dress shirt or tie.
Special Order Items are considered Non-Stock items. They are ordered upon request per order. We do not stock these items for cost reasons. To keep cost down on our side and YOURS we order them by order.
These items are often limited and difficult to come by. This means they have to be ordered straight from the manufacturer (for shoes the manufacturer will most likely be overseas). This can apply to suits, ties, shirts, shoes, etc.
